Connection Systems
Cordsets & Patchcords
Overview
Rockwell Automation offers a wide variety of connection products for interfacing field devices to I/O, junction boxes, PLCs, etc. Connection systems products are made of durable materials and are designed to handle rough industrial environments. Featuring industry standard 2-, 3-, 4-, 5-, or 6-pin overmolded connectors, Rockwell Automation quick-disconnect cables provide secure connection for proximity sensors, limit switches and photoelectric sensors. Connectors can be straight or right-angled and are physically keyed to reduce wiring mishaps. Rockwell Automation cabling options include:
- Cordsets: Cable with integral male or female connector at one end and flying leads at the other
- Patchcords: Cable with integral connector at each end (one male, one female)
Available in a variety of cable jackets, lengths and connector styles, Rockwell Automation cordsets can be configured to custom-fit the application.
