Technical Support Wizards

Technical Support Wizards collect all pertinent information about the drive, software, and operating system, and saves it to a text file (*.txt) so it can be emailed to a remote support person:

• Rockwell Automation Drives Technical Support (email address is included in the text file)
• A corporate engineer supporting a remote plant
• An OEM supporting a remote customer
