Application Modules
The PowerFlex 700S Phase II with DriveLogix combines the powerful performance and flexible control of PowerFlex 700S AC drive with a high-performance Logix engine to produce a highly functional, cost effective drive control solution.
The Application Modules have been designed using Rockwell Automation's extensive application expertise to work specifically with the PowerFlex 700S with DriveLogix to take advantage of the drives high-performance motor control algorithms, SynchLink™, and Compact™ I/O.
Purchasing a License
Drive Application Software - Application Modules are registered and licensed programs for the DriveLogix environment. Contact your local drives distributor for registration and license purchase of the Application Module you are interested in. Application Modules are currently only available for North America. World wide launch will be scheduled in the future. Specific usage and licensing restrictions apply to all Application Modules. See below for usage and licensing restrictions.
Stand Alone Application Modules
The following Application Modules are for sale and licensed to End-Users, OEMs, & System Integrators for use with the PowerFlex 700S Phase II with DriveLogix.

Positioning (Pt to Pt) - For linear positioning applications that require point to point movement. There are 12 programmable target positions plus home and includes learn function for position target setup. Supports incremental encoders for basic positioning and high resolution multi-turn Stegmann feedback device for absolute positioning

Process Line Application Modules
The following Application Modules are for sale and licensed to OEMs & System Integrators for use with the PowerFlex 700S Phase II with DriveLogix.

Lead Line Control - For lead section drive control and line coordination with support for progressive and regressive draw. This Application Module works with the Center Winder/Unwind and Inline Tensioning Application Modules.
