All PanelView Component models have RS-232 and RS-422/RS-485 ports to communicate over serial networks to MicroLogix, SLC, Micro800 controllers, and PowerFlex 4 drives. The C400, C600, and C1000 models offer an additional Ethernet port supporting Ethernet communication.
Multivendor communication is also available for Modbus, Modbus/TCP, and Siemens MPI devices. In addition, every PanelView Component terminal has two USB ports for transferring files or updating firmware.
