CompactLogix Power Supplies Overview

CompactLogix power supplies are used with the 1769 chassis to provide 5V and 24V DC power directly to the chassis backplane. Select power supplies based on the controller and the number of additional I/O banks.

| 1769-L3x controller | • one 1769 power supply for the controller and local I/O • one 1769 power supply for each additional bank of I/O modules |
| 1769-L23x controller | • no power supply - it is integral to the controller package |
