PanelBuilder32 version 3.82 now supports resizable bitmaps and contains an updated color palette with 32 selections. Users can explicitly select color mapping when converting an application from one terminal type to another. Also, support for tag search (where used) and purge functions have been added to the tag editor.

PanelBuilder32 will run on Microsoft Windows XP, 2000, 95, 98, and NT operating systems. It uses a Windows graphical interface, color palettes, pre-configured symbols, objects, and graphics to easily create new applications or reuse existing screen configurations developed for other PanelView Standard terminals.

PanelBuilder32 software is compatible with MicroLogix™, ControlLogix™, CompactLogix™, FlexLogix™, SLC, and PLC controller platforms, and it supports Tag Import for RSLogix™ 5000 ControlNet™ tag names, pre-defined data types, and descriptions.

• Simplify Multilingual Editing — Now you can develop your PanelBuilder32 applications in more than 45 languages, including Chinese. PanelBuilder32 software also supports up to five languages within one application. You can edit each language object by object or through the Text Editor. PanelBuilder32 software supports one external font per application.
  
• Screen Captures for Documentation — Now you can copy and paste screen captures into a document or manual without having to crop the software toolbars from the image. PanelBuilder32 allows users to copy images just as they appear in the software for easy incorporation into documents or manuals.
• Moving or Copying Objects and Screens — When developing a new application, often it is easier to reuse information than create it from scratch. With PanelBuilder32 software, you can move or copy objects from one screen to another, even if the screens are in different applications. You also can move or copy screens between applications. When moving objects or screens between two display sizes or between monochrome and color displays, PanelBuilder32 software automatically converts the objects for you.
• Graphic Import Shortcuts — When creating graphic bitmaps in other software packages such as Paint, you can copy and paste bitmaps directly into PanelBuilder32 software as graphic images, thereby bypassing the import utility. These images can be resized within PanelBuilder32. The original import size is maintained for future use.
• Enhanced Local Language Support — PanelBuilder32 software and the PanelView Standard family support over 46 local languages. With PanelBuilder32 software version 3.80, you can enter up to five translations when creating application screens or copy/paste these translations from Microsoft Excel spreadsheets into the "Text Editor."
• Improved Screen Security — With PanelBuilder32 software, you can safeguard application screens by making them available only to qualified users. Use up to 16 passwords per application to secure individual screens, allow access to configuration mode, and allow entry from screensaver or idle mode.
