Branch Circuit Protection for North American Applications
Rockwell Automation introduces a new line of circuit breakers approved for North American applications. The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 1492-MC is designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of UL489 and CSA 22.2 No. 5.1 to provide Branch Circuit Protection.
Versatility
UL489 Circuit Breakers provide a variety of product configurations by offering current ranges of 10A to 100A and 120/240V AC or 240V AC control. The 1492-MC DIN Rail-mounted circuit breakers are either 1/2" or 1" wide. Ground Fault Sensing versions are also available for GFCI (5mA) and GFEP (30mA) applications. Also available for your control applications are a one (1) pole and (2) pole version rated 480Y/277 V AC for currents 15 ... 100 A. The Ground Fault versions and the 480Y/277 versions are panel mounted and may be DIN rail mounted with a simple, snap-on adapter.

Toggle position identifies the localized tripped devices so troubleshooting can be done quickly.
