Bulletin 1492 High Density circuit protectors are thermal magnet type supplementary overcurrent protective devices.
Bulletin 1492-GH circuit protectors are available in a one pole unit rated 250V AC and has a 65V DC rating as standard. Wire termination is achieved by a clamping style, self-lifting box lug.
One Pole Style 1492-GH
Single-pole, high density circuit protector that incorporates a thermal portion and a magnetic trip function for the combined advantages of two sensing systems. The 1492-GH style of protectors uses a push-to-set mechanism for circuit actuation and comes with a manual trip button for manually opening the circuit.
Applications
Included but not limited to the protection of test equipment, control instrumentation, solenoids and power supplies. The wide range of current values and the use of a thermal magnetic trip system allows for a variety of applications where a very accurate and compact protector is required.
Bulletin 1492-GS
Circuit protectors are available in 1-, 2-, and 3-pole devices and all are available with an internally mounted auxiliary contact. They are rated 0.2...25A at 277V/ 480V AC and DC voltage rating of 65V DC. Two and three-pole devices are connected internally and at the handle for simultaneous operation. Wire termination is achieved by a clamping style, self-lifting box lug on all Bulletin 1492-GS units. Both line- and load-side termination points will accept #16...6 AWG (1.5...16 mm2) copper wires.
