ISO™ Busbar Mounting Solutions
The ISO™ Modules are a Rockwell Automation exclusive design.
They provide enhanced safety and increased functionality
while reducing installation and maintenance costs through
the following key features:
- Isolates user from the Busbar even when the starter
is removed
- Control Plug is standard for control connections.
- Consists of a keyed, pull-apart terminal block to
reduce wiring errors and labor during maintenance
- Available in factory assembled Bulletin 103 Non-Reversing
and Bulletin 107 Reversing starters up to 45 A

Standard Busbar Mounting Solutions
Standard Modules are
the most cost-effective method for mounting Load Feeders
onto a Busbar system. They are available in a wide range
of sizes to accommodate Load Feeders up to 90 A:
- Pre-configured to accept Allen-Bradley IEC Loadfeeder
components such as Bulletin 140M Motor Protection Circuit
Breakers, 100C Contactors and 193 Overload Relays
- Control Plug is optional
- Consists of a keyed, pull-apart terminal block to
reduce wiring errors and labor during maintenance
- Available in factory assembled Bulletin 103 Non-Reversing
and Bulletin 107 Reversing starters up to 90 A

Standard Busbar Modules with Terminals
The Standard Busbar Modules with Terminals
are highly flexible designs that accommodate user needs
for mounting non-standard components to a Busbar system.
They provide pressure terminals rather than fixed wire lengths
so that the proper size and length of wire can be installed
for the application.
- Available in 5 widths and 2 lengths for loads up to
63 A
- Control Plug can be installed on these modules as
well
- Available for field assembly of non-standard load
feeder equipment such as control transformers, lighting/
heating controllers, soft-starters, drives, etc.
