Bulletin 900-TC with Enhanced Features
All Allen-Bradley Bulletin 900 Temperature/Process Controllers offer quick setup and provide precise temperature management and control for a variety of applications. Enhancements such as analog inputs and manual control of outputs take the 900-TC8 and 900-TC16 from standard temperature controllers to process controllers. Additionally, the thermocouple and RTD controllers have been combined in order to allow one controller to satisfy virtually any temperature application.

Bulletin 900 Temperature Controllers are available in three form factors: 1/32, 1/16, and 1/8 DIN, offering the flexibility to choose the best size controller for heating, cooling or heating and cooling applications without compromising on functionality or power. They are NEMA type 4X, UL/CSA/CE approved.
Easy PID Auto Tuning Improves Efficiency
The PID control with analog or on/off outputs1 greatly reduces or eliminates temperature swings, helps stabilize workload temperature, improves control efficiency, increases component life and reduces energy costs. Using the PID control method, autotuning allows for fast startup of a heating, cooling or heating and cooling temperature applications with little operator knowledge of the systems' characteristics.
Display Technology
The LED display helps ensure excellent process parameter visibility in many levels of ambient light. LED technology is highly reliable and uses less power than other technologies, reducing maintenance and power costs. There are eleven3 segment alphanumeric LED readouts to display the controller parameters in a more understandable format. Additionally, manual control2 of the output can be specified from the controller keypad, with bump-less transfer to the automatic mode.
