For many years Rockwell Automation, the parent company of Intecolor, has supported the Intecolor and Allen-Bradley brands of industrial computer and monitor products as multiple and separate primary brands. That approach has become increasingly cost prohibitive, however, and in the interest of providing our customers with outstanding industrial computer products and solutions that offer the most value, Rockwell Automation has decided to cease the use of Intecolor as a separate, primary product brand. Going forward, affected products will be available only under the Allen-Bradley brand.
Unlike the Intecolor brand, Rockwell Automation does not sell Allen-Bradley brand products factory direct to customers. To buy Allen-Bradley Industrial Computer and Monitor products, you must contact an authorized Allen-Bradley distributor. Our sales channel adds a lot of value to the sale of Allen-Bradley products. Through our channel, you have access to technical know-how, product selection expertise, and service support. It is just one of the ways in which Rockwell Automation works to be the most valued global provider of power, control and information solutions.
Support will continue to be offered for all Intecolor branded product. In factory warranty will be covered per the Intecolor standard terms and conditions.
Support for products not in warranty will be available indefinitely.
