1756 ControlLogix I/O
The 1756 ControlLogix I/O product line provides a full range of digital, diagnostic digital, analog, and motion control I/O to meet your application needs in a modular assembly. Any of the I/O modules can be used in the local chassis of a ControlLogix processor. With the exception of the motion control modules, these modules can be used in a chassis linked to a ControlLogix processor across ControlNet or EtherNet/IP networks in a ControlLogix system.
The ControlLogix I/O system has been designed to incorporate the latest state-of-the-art features to provide unsurpassed performance and functionality when interfacing to your sensors and actuators. Advanced diagnostics with user-configurable output response (last value or any user-defined value) provide safe reactions to a module fault. Field-side fault detection can verify proper output point operation and validate wiring to sensors and actuators. Integral timestamping allows you to keep track of when inputs change state to determine a sequence of events and to schedule output transitions whenever they are required.
Features
