1732DS ArmorBlock Guard I/O from Allen-Bradley
ArmorBlock Guard I/O is optimized to work with GuardPLC, GuardLogix, and SmartGuard controllers and safety applications that communicate on DeviceNet. Use the I/O for control and monitoring of safety circuits and to detect failures at the I/O and field level. All products are certified SIL 3 and Category 4.
A Guard I/O module contains digital I/O circuits, a power supply, DeviceNet I/O adapter, and offers point-level diagnostics to simplify troubleshooting of all input and output circuits. It is compatible with quick disconnect standard sensors and many safety devices. It uses the same input and output M12 pins as standard ArmorBlock and ArmorBlock Maxum I/O, meaning the M12 I/O connectors are compatible with bulletin 889D, 889N cordsets and 879D 5 pin patchcords and Y-cable.
