E3 Solid-State Overload Relay

Provides on-board DeviceNet and up to four inputs for monitoring the status of the contactor, disconnect switch, and hand-off-auto selector switch. Programmable functions include: overload/underload, phase loss/imbalance, stall, jam, zero sequence ground fault, and PTC thermistor inputs. Information available via the E3 overload relay includes: time-to-trip, time-to-reset, percent thermal capacity utilized, and history of last five trips.

Communication Module with Input Points (2100-GK61)

DeviceNet communication module for intelligent Allen-Bradley products like: AC drives (Bulletins 1305, 1336 PLUS, 1336 PLUSII), SMC Dialog Plus controllers, and SMP-3 overload relays. The module features four input points ideal for monitoring the status of the contactor, disconnect switch, and hand-off-auto selector switch.

The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 2100-GK61 enhanced DeviceNet communication module provides an electronic communication interface between the DeviceNet network and any SCANport product, while providing digital inputs to monitor disconnect auxiliary contacts, hands-off-auto switches or motor starter contacts via DeviceNet. The 2100-GK61 module is panel mounted. Digital inputs can be 230Vac, 115Vac or 24Vdc with the voltage level set via a Dip Switch.

The DeviceNet network is an open, global industry-standard communication network designed to provide an interface through a single cable from a programmable controller directly to smart devices such as sensors, push buttons, motor starters, simple operator interfaces and drives.

The 2100-GK61 module lets you connect your SCANport products to a DeviceNet network. This adapter features the following:

DeviceNet Starter Auxiliary (DSA)

DeviceNet interface module for non-intelligent Allen-Bradley products like: motor starters with eutectic alloy, SMP-1 or SMP-2 overload relays, and feeders and mains. The four input points are ideal for monitoring contactor status, disconnect switch, overload trip, and hand-off-auto selector switch. The two output points are provided for direct control of motor starter coils up to NEMA size 5.
