DeviceNet™ Networks

Providing You with the Ability to Distribute and Troubleshoot Simple Devices Throughout Your Architecture

The DeviceNet network is an open device level network that provides connections between simple industrial devices (such as sensors and actuators) and higher-level devices (such as programmable controllers and computers).

Simplicity

Rockwell Automation continues our investment in DeviceNet through solutions that help make DeviceNet easier to wire, commission, and troubleshoot. The Rockwell Automation 193-DNCT DeviceNet Configuration Terminal, E1 Plus overload relay, DSA100 Block I/O, and our KwikLink™ Lite flat cable system helps make DeviceNet even more ideal for in-cabinet and other IP20 rated applications.

Encompass partner DeviceNet products like the Parker ModuFlex™ and other pneumatic valve systems can be easily added to the control system and monitored with the DeviceNet Configuration Terminal. Products with extended DeviceNet functionality like the Festo CPV™ 10/14/18 pneumatic valve system can even be commissioned directly using the same handheld device.

Combining new DeviceNet cabling options with existing, proven products, and ready-made tools such as FactoryTalk™ View diagnostic faceplate for the 1756-DNB and 1769-SDN DeviceNet scanners screens puts the power of DeviceNet within your reach.
