Data Highway Plus (DH+) Industrial Local Area Network
A local area network designed to support remote programming and messaging between computers and controllers for factory-floor applications.
Universal Remote I/O Link
A local area network designed to connect controllers to remote I/O chassis and a host of intelligent devices such as operator interfaces and ac/dc drives.
DH-485 Industrial Local Area Network

SERCOS
The only internationally-approved communication standard for motion control (IEC 61491). This communication network is designed for high-speed serial communication of standardized closed-loop data (in real-time) over a noise-immune fiber-optic cable. (SERCOS = SErial Real-time COmmunications System).
