Expand Your Pico Programming Capabilities with PicoSoft 6.2
The Pico Programming software has been updated. PicoSoft Ver. 6.2 now has the same look and feel as the Pro version.
Friendly and versatile, you can create, simulate, and download your program from a PC to the Pico Controller. Save time and archive more complex programs while enjoying the intuitive and user-friendly GUI interface. The 'Help' menu provides access to animated user guides that provide with step-by-step instructions. Program simulation is simple and familiar while providing you with several programming display formats: Device, IEC or ANSI/CSA.
Functionality

PicoSoft is a user-friendly and intuitive application, which allows you to create, save, simulate, document, and transfer Pico circuit diagrams to an operational Pico controller. PicoSoft also enable you to activate a status display of the running circuit diagram as well as display the parameters of all function relays used. Program with you choice of the following formats: device, IE or ANSIO/CSA. Along with the use of ladder logic as the programming language, PicoSoft 6.2 is a very comfortable programming environment.
Direct Transfer
This allows you to transfer circuit diagrams to the device, to transfer circuit diagrams from the device to PicoSoft, and to compare the circuit diagram in PicoSoft with the one in the controller.
The Display window shows the real-time information as it will display from the LCD display on the Pico processors. The simulation capabilities included in PicoSoft 6.2 provide a means of convenient logic prove out prior to installation. Click to enlarge view
Program Simulation
Verify and test the success of your program with the built-in simulation guide. This simulator allows you to test the validity of your program before you download it to the Pico controller. You can test your circuit diagram in stages or in its entirety, and simulate inputs, outputs, and stop points. Forcing and display features offer additional support.
GUI User Interface
The GUI interface is yet another feature of PicoSoft that makes the software easy to use. Menus are well laid out and detailed. Concise icons make the use of various tools simple to recognize while also serving as efficient shortcuts.
