GuardShield™ Remote Teach System
For machine setup changes that require modification to a fixed blanking field configuration, the new GuardShield remote teach system is the ideal solution. This time-saving system features a metal, NEMA-style keyswitch box that eliminates the need to open the GuardShield receiver door and manually perform the teach function. Put simply, the GuardShield remote teach system allows engineers to reduce changeover time by remotely changing a fixed-blanking configuration within the GuardShield safety light curtain. The system consists of:
- Remote teach keyswitch box with mounting plate and two keys
- GuardShield transmitter
- 2-meter patchcord connecting the 4-pin pigtail connector and the remote teach box
- GuardShield receiver with a 10-inch dual-connector pigtail. The dual connector contains a 4-pin micro-style connector as well as a standard 8-pin connector
- Modified mounting bracket for receiver bottom endcap
