Downloadable Windows®-based SCD Software and Instructions
The SafeZone Multizone is a Type 3 opto-electronic device that protects personnel or equipment by detecting objects or persons in its sensing field. In addition to increased safety, SafeZone Multizone also provides enhanced flexibility thanks its two pair of configurable detection zones, each with warning and safety zones that can be customized within the maximum scanning range to suit the application. Configuration of these zones is quick and easy through the use of the Windows®-based SCD software supplied with each SafeZone Multizone. Attached below is a ZIP file containing the SCD software (v2.30), which was not previously available for download.
Installing the SCD Software
- Detach and open scd_v2-30.zip
- Extract the contents to a folder on your local drive
- Run 'Setup.exe' from that folder
- When prompted for the Serial Number, enter 2HQKBL-6EVO2-3GATL-O3LJG [NOTE: Round characters are O's, NOT zeroes.]
Troubleshooting
In the event the above installation instructions don't work, use the Checkout function in the Actions menu of Winzip (instead of simply 'Extracting' the files) and run Setup.exe from the resulting checkout folder.
