44N Zone Control Sensor
The Bulletin 44N is a polarised retroreflective sensor
for zero pressure accumulation conveyor systems that
combines zone control logic with a photoelectric sensor.
The sensor’s micro-style connection system helps
reduce installation time and carries all power and
signaling for up to 25 zones on one 24VDC power supply.
Zone control logic eliminates the need for a PLC in
a typical accumulation conveyor system.
The 44N provides positive detection of product on
the conveyor and ensures reliable sensing of even shiny
objects over a 4.8m (16ft) range. A selectable 200ms
to 10s ON delay can be set to momentarily delay the
release of product from the discharge zone.
Industry standard micro-style connections between
sensors helps reduce installation time and decreases
maintenance.
