ToughWeld™ 871ZC AC/DC Shielded Inductive Proximity Sensor
Bulletin 871ZC AC/DC shielded inductive proximity sensors are the newest addition to the ToughWeld family of products for welding applications. These new models, available in 18 and 30mm barrel diameters with the 12mm soon to follow, create a complete Allen-Bradley copper barrel offering.
All shielded 871ZC copper barrel proximity sensors are offered with our ToughCoat Finish™ on the sensor face. ToughCoat Finish™ is a proprietary composite material which resists the adhesion and accumulation of weld slag particles, thereby improving and extending sensor performance. The resulting benefits include reduced downtime as well as lower overall operating cost. Additional features include:

- Weld field immunity
- Available in 4-pin micro–connector styles
- Normally open models available
