Proximity Sensors871P ToughWeld DC WFI VersaCube Proximity Sensors
The 871P ToughWeld DC Weld Field Immune VersaCube family of sensors with convenient mounting base is expanding to include an offering with and without our ToughCoat Finish on the sensor face. These units will be made available in complementary normally open, normally closed sourcing configurations in a 4-pin micro connection style. This introduction marks the latest addition to our ToughWeld family of inductive proximity sensors. Uncoated models will be made available for less harsh welding applications, while others will be offered with our ToughCoat Finish on the sensor face. This is a proprietary epoxy-based material which resists the adhesion and accumulation of weld slag particles, thereby improving and extending sensor performance. The resulting benefits include reduced downtime as well as lower overall operating cost. |
