Product Migration and Upgrade Programs

Step Forward™

The Step Forward program rewards you for your past investment in Allen-Bradley programmable controllers, I/O, communication devices and other products by offering a credit incentive on your purchase of a new product when you return specified Allen-Bradley products. The purchase could be either an upgrade (substitution of one current product for another current product) or a migration (replacement of a retiring product with a current product).

Silver Series™

Silver Series is a designation we give to existing products BEFORE we can no longer offer them for sale. The Silver Series program lets you plan for and manage migration from retiring to current Allen-Bradley products. In many cases the retiring product is included in the Step Forward program, which provides you with the opportunity to receive a credit on the purchase of current Allen-Bradley products when you return the specified retiring products.
