Fault Display: EE Init Read
Fault Name: EEprom Initialization Read
Description: Gate Drive Board was replaced, or trouble reading EEprom during initialization.
Corrective Action: The first thing to inspect will be all the drive connectors, especially the ribbon cable connecting the main control board to the base driver board. Next will be to reset factory defaults on the drive, and cycle power. Remember to allow the HIM module to go completely dark before repowering, or allow atleast 1 minute of time before repowering the drive after your remove power.
This fault is common after replacing the Gate Driver Board, since the EEprom has different data than the main control board is anticipating. After resetting the drive to factory defaults, and power cycling, the drive will be fine.
