Fault Number: N/A
Fault Display: N/A
Fault Name: N/A
Description: This is not a fault. The drive is not enabled. The drive cannot be run in this state.
How to Fix: Check for a "true" connection on terminal 30 of TB3. TB3 is another name for the L4, L5, or L6 cards installed on the drive. They allow connections to terminals 19 through 30 (31-36 with the L#E option). The HIM may also display "Not Enabled".
If you have an L4 card, make sure there is a closed connection, or solid wire connection, between teminals 30 and a common (terminals 29, 25, or 21).
If you have an L5 card, make sure there is +24 volts DC applied to terminal 30 of TB3. The negative connection should be on a common (terminals 29, 25, or 21).
If you have an L6 card, make sure there is 120 volts AC applied to terminal 30 of TB3. The neutral connection should be on a common (terminals 29, 25, or 21).
(Note: Frame A shown. Frame B & Up TB3 is horizontal and below the HIM)

If you do NOT have TB3 (an 'L' card) then check for a jumper on the connector for the L card. See image below.
A frame drive with jumper:

B frame and up without jumper:

If you are certain of the jumpers and wiring, the first thing to replace in the drive will be TB3 / 'L' Card. If this board has been replaced and/or is known to work, then the Main Control Board will be the next thing to replace.
