Attention: DriveExplorer version 4 and higher saves its files as a .CSF
instead of a .DEP file. DriveExecutive version 3 and higher is able to
import the .CSF files.
DriveExplorer version 4 and higher can open and download saved files in the .DEP format.
Information to provide when requesting help:
- DriveExplorer version number (found in "help >> about" DriveExplorer program).
- Windows operating system used, including any service packs applied.
- If Windows CE, the revision level.
- Description of problem.
- Revision levels, and catalog numbers of drives and drive adapters used.
- Baud rate being used.
- Node numbers of the devices.
