- Anomaly Description -
The PowerFlex 70, 600V D-Frame AC Drive power boards were manufactured with material that has
reduced dielectric and thermal characteristics. This may cause delamination between the board layers that
would result in drive operation failure. The probability of drive failure is dependant upon application load
profile, elevated temperature, and high humidity conditions over time.
- Temporary Workarounds -
No Temporary Workaround exists for this anomaly.
- Anomaly Correction –
Any product manufactured after August 26, 2008 has been corrected.
