Knowledgebase Tutorial

The Main List

The main screen is where all the searching is done through the Knowledgebase.

1. Product Selection - This allows you to drill down by product, to limit your search results to specific products.
2. Category - These are different classifications of Knowledgebase documents.
3. Text Search - This is where you type in what you are searching for.
4. Search By - This chooses what type of search to perform against the Knowledgebase. More is covered in SEARCHING.
5. Search Button - After your search is setup, hit the search button to perform your search.
6. Document List - This lists out each document that was returned in your search.
7. Page List - If your search results cannot fit on one page, this will show you how many pages of results there are.
8. Navigation Banner - This allows you to go back to the Welcome screen, or jump to many links offered from the Welcome screen.
