New Account and Sign On
The first step is the sign on screen. This is different than any of your Rockwell Automation login and password sets.

- Use this if you already have signed up for an account. Put in your email and password that you signed up with.
- If you have forgotten your password, put in the email you signed up with, and the system will email you your password.
- If you have not signed up for the knowledgebase yet, use option 3 to do so.
Signing up for a new account
When signing up for a new account, you need only supply your email address, first and last name, and a techconnect Authorization number. If you do NOT have a techconnect contract, then type in "PUBLIC" in that space. Make sure to use all caps, since it will not work if it is in lower case.

After you have filled in the required fields, then hit the Create Account button at the bottom.
After signing on, you will come to the welcome screen
