The Welcome Screen

The welcome screen is the jump page to take you to several different sections of the knowledgebase. We will cover each section below.

1. Expand Your View - If you are stuck in a frame, and have to scroll left and right, you can use this link to open up the Knowledgebase in a new window, which will give you a full screen view. There will be no more scrolling left to right!
2. This lets you know that you can use the old Knowledgebase number to find documents in the new Knowledgebase.
3. The link that brought you here is not functioning properly with the new system. You will want to search the document out using number 4 on this list.
4. Find Answers - This is the link to the main Knowledgebase system. Most times when coming to search out a document, this is where you will want to start.
5. My Stuff - This allows you to change preferences, change notification practices, update your profile, and more.

Now you can proceed to "Find Answers"
