Status Definitions**

Active
In catalog and available for sale. Parts and service readily available

Inactive
No orders for new drives accepted, parts and service available.

Discontinued
Sale of parts limited to available inventory, repair services available.

Obsolete
Repair services are available on a limited basis, contingent on component availability. Customers must transition to replacement products. Obsolete product support information can be found here.

** Allen-Bradley may be unable to fulfill all aspects of a particular stage based on availability of components. Therefore, we may discontinue the product or support, and only be able to offer our customers the ability to purchase a product that has equal or better functionality.
