The Bulletin 1330 is an adjustable frequency, solid state inverter designed
for use with three-phase electric motors. Its use on single-phase motors is
not recommended. The slip characteristics of the motor must be analyzed to
assure a satisfactory application. Most three-phase motors designed to operate
on 60 Hz, 230V AC will operate satisfactorily on a combination of adjustable
frequency and voltage. The output torque will be essentially constant over a
range of 10 to 60 Hz, while the motor goes through a speed change of 1/6 base
speed to full base speed.

Bulletin 1330 Drives contain high efficiency, high noise immunity CMOS logic,
and are available in 1.5 KVA (1 HP), 4 KVA (3 HP), 6 KVA (5 HP), 12 KVA
(10 HP), and 16.5 KVA (15 HP) versions.
