Q? How do I get parts for this drive?
A! The 1336 Classic drive parts is handled in two different ways. If the part is common part such as a PCB, Lem, etc., and you need the part number, you can get the parts list here, or you can call Drives Technical Support, or call the Rockwell Parts Hub at (440) 646-6650 to order these parts If you have an odd part, such as a door, enclosure, door fans ( mostly configured drive parts), then you will want to call the local GTS office. These can be found using the AB office locator here.

Q? What if the drive displays F18 and will not go away?
A! Look for shorted power transistors and associated steering diodes. Replace output transistors and associated snubber circuits (which include the steering diode).
