Fault Name : Flux Amps Reference Range

Fault Type : None

Fault Description : The value for flux amps determined by the autotune procedure exceeds the programmed [Motor NP FLA].

Corrective Action : Double check that the motor nameplate data in parameters 40-49 is entered properly with the motor attached to the drive. This fault should only occur during the Autotune procedure. By having inaccurate motor nameplate data entered, the Flux Current Reference calculated by the drive is not in a usable range.

When using a 5 hp motor or less, the Flux Current Reference value is typically half of motor nameplate FLA.

When using a 7.5 hp motor or greater, typical Flux Current Reference value is anywhere from 20-30% of motor nameplate FLA.

You will have to run the Autotune procedure again.
