Fault Description : Safe-Off board is not installed and pins 3 and 4 of the Safe-Off Connector are not jumpered. OR Safe-Off board has failed. OR Hardware enable circuitry failed.

Corrective Action : Check to make sure that pins 3 and 4 of the Safe-Off connector are properly jumpered.
