Fault Number : 4

Fault Display : UnderVoltage

Fault Name : Undervoltage

Fault Type : 1 - Auto-Reset Run & 3 - User Configurable

Fault Description : DC bus voltage fell below the minimum value allowed. This minimum value is 509Vdc at 600Vac input, 407Vdc at 400/480Vac input, or 204Vdc at200/240Vac input.

Corrective Action : This fault can be enabled / disabled by using [Fault Config 1] parameter.

Check fault config 1 parameter 238, bit 1 would be set to a 1, at factory default it is a 1. You can disable this fault by chaning bit 1 to a 0. This does not remove the fact that the bus voltage is lower than the spec.

Check incoming AC line for proper voltage. If the line is ok, then it may have been an isolated brownout or power sag in your utility line. If it happens repeatedly, monitor the AC line with test equipment like a Dranetz line monitor to identify when the utility line drops.
