Have you tried your distributor or local Allen-Bradley office? They can also provide essential assistance with your situation. Find your local AB office here.

C.
If this is part of a system, try giving your OEM a call. They usually provide assistance with drive related issues, as long as it is part of their system.

If you need a service person at your location, please call 1-800-800-0522, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These are GMS based services.
